The events of the first half between Al-Ahly and the Bank
The match began with attempts by the players of both teams to impose control of the ball in the midfield areas early.

Second half
Al-Ahly started the second half with strong pressure, and Musimani made a change by landing Mohamed Sharif instead of Mohamed Hani.

Al-Ahly players retreated, while Al-Ahly Bank players pressed and took possession of the ball in search of scoring the equalizer.
Mohamed Hilal almost equalized in the 72nd minute after a shot inside the penalty area was removed by Ali Lotfi with his foot.
The National Bank pressed hard in the last minutes, especially after the departure of Mohamed Magdy Qafsha and the descent of Ammar Hamdi.
He almost equalized in the 86th minute after a cross cross from Moussa Diawara bypassed Ali Lotfi and was pushed away by Ali Maaloul at the last minute.
Hamdi Fathi hit a powerful ball in the 91st minute that rebounded from the post until the match referee blew the whistle at the end of the match, with Al-Ahly winning 1-0.
