مهرجان القاهرة السينمائي يعلن فتح باب تسجيل الأفلام لدورته الـ 44

تعلن إدارة مهرجان القاهرة السينمائي الدولي، عن فتح باب التسجيل للأفلام الراغبة بالمشاركة في فعاليات دورته الـ 44 التي من المقرر أن تقام في الفترة من 13 إلى 22 نوفمبر المقبل بدار الأوبرا المصرية، ابتداءً من الغد 15 مايو الجاري، على أن يستمر استقبال طلبات الأفلام من جميع أنحاء العالم حتى موعد أقصاه 15 أغسطس، وذلك عبر الموقع الرسمي للمهرجان www.ciff.org.eg.
من جانبه قال الفنان حسين فهمي، رئيس مهرجان القاهرة السينمائي، إن المهرجان يسعى في دورته الـ 44 إلى جذب مزيد من الأعمال المتنوعة التي تتضمن أفكار وثقافات واتجاهات سينمائية مختلفة عن طريق فتح باب المشاركة أمام التجارب الجديدة والملهمة من كل دول العالم.
وفيما يتعلق بالاستعدادات والتحضيرات، قال المخرج أمير رمسيس، مدير المهرجان، إن الإدارة أنهت كل الاستعدادات الخاصة باستقبال طلبات المشاركة والرد عليها من خلال الموقع الرسمي، مشيرا إلى أن العمل على برنامج الدورة قد بدأ بالفعل بالتعاون مع الفريق المميز للمهرجان والذي أحرز نجاحا ملحوظاً في الدورات الماضية وعلى رأسهم مدير المكتب الفني الناقد أندرو محسن، والناقد أسامة عبد الفتاح، مدير برنامج أسبوع النقاد، كما تم تكليف المخرج الشاب يوسف هشام، بإدارة برنامج الأفلام القصيرة بالإضافة إلى متابعته العمل على أفلام الأمريكتين، والناقدة رشا حسني للبرنامج الآسيوي، والمخرجة ماجي مرجان لسينما شرق أوروبا.
مهرجان القاهرة السينمائي الدولي، هو أحد أعرق المهرجانات في العالم العربي وإفريقيا والأكثر انتظاماً، ينفرد بكونه المهرجان الوحيد في المنطقة العربية والإفريقية المسجل ضمن الفئة A في الاتحاد الدولي للمنتجين في باريس (FIAPF).
Cairo international film festival announces the dates for the 44th
Cairo international film festival announces the dates for its 44th edition which will be held from November 13th to November 22nd 2022 in Cairo opera house, like every edition the award-winning films will be screening the next day to the closing ceremony, November 23rd.
Submissions for the program will open on May 15th 2022 and will close on August 15th 2022 , films can be submitted as of that date on www.ciff.org.eg .

98 films participated in the 43rd edition of the festival from 63 countries including 27 world premieres, 7 international premieres, 44 MENA premieres and 15 Arab and north African premieres .
More than 40000 tickets have been sold during that edition witnessing a significant increase in numbers from the previous editions , 337 international guests participated in the festival in 2021 .
The festival has presented renowned Egyptian actress “Nelly” the career achievement award for her great artistic contribution since her early childhood . also “Karim Abel Aziz” , Egyptian famous actor has received the Faten Hamama award for artistic contribution , special honorary awards were received by Cannes film festival director “Thierry Frémaux”, Indian composer “ A.R. Rahman” , American producer “ Lawrence Binder” and French producer/distributor “Eric Lagesse” .
The Jury of the international competition of the festival was presided by acclaimed Serbian director “ Emir Kusterica” , the juries included a variety of significant film makers and artists from around the world .
Cairo Film Festival is one of the oldest festivals in the Arab world and Africa , it is the only festival in the region classified in the A category by the International Federation of Film Producers Associations ,
